Hi, just wondering what's better to level with as a newly changed shadow chaser, Severe Rainstorm, Arrow Storm or Psychic Wave???

what gear do you have? before 3rd class transcendent, it is all the same, after shadowspell, i go with PW.
Don't want AS since I thought Ranger could do a better job for that. Didn't try SR before.
