Im Humbly asking for anyones help, is there anyone willing to help me on my ticket? because my account had been ban and the GM doesn't told me what i've been done to make myself suspicious for them. Im already stressed out and can't have a good sleep thinking about that. I've been playing not that week long before i got banned. I'll put all what i've done to those weeks as a question, im hoping someone from warpportal can answer and help me.

1. Does mailing an item to yourself by 1 account to another account is bannable? (note: the account belongs to 1 warpportal account so it's clearly all mine.)

2.Using VPN is bannable?

3.Throwing thrash items from inventory to make some space is bannable?

4. Organizing Inventory is bannable?

5. Deleting characters is bannable?

6. Changing name is bannable?

7. Clearing Friendlist for inactive & Leaving Guild on inactive guild is bannable?

8. Sending gold for the payment via mail for Account Vault that cannot be cod is bannable?

9. Buying IM is bannable?

10. Expanding a weapon using all my character for insurance and passing the item using account vault is bannable?

11. Passing gold using the gold pouches and passing it thru account vault is bannable? (oh yeah idk how to use it at first so i also broke 100g gold pouch i thought it needed to be drop to open.)

12. Running around in Port of the Winds, Odelia, Arcadia and Dragon valley is bannable?

that's all what i've done on my 1 week playing with my main and been banned for suspicious doing and reminder: other accounts are all safe only my main account got banned.
