I am MAD 

I always try different characters to open OCP 

I got 34 on 1 character  22 on another character

12 on another character

and 20 on another character

I Can't put it in storage 

I can't use it 

I got a total of  40 , 

But I can't exchange it 

I wish GM can fix that problem

Try to keep tracks on each chars and focus one at a time until you have all 4 points and 40 tokens. Then you can wait until a worthy 0.34 item arrives, to exchange your OCP points. Its actually not bad.
