the success chance from upgrading +10 to +11 is no longer 100%. This bug needs fixing asap.

Here is what I think. The new refine system is here to say. The old refine system which was strictly a iRO thing and iRO no longer has the people or know hows to fix it. They can ask kRO to fix iRO things but thats gonna be silly given the lack of fundings for Ragnarok Online atm.
