Thank you for not making it 0.34% and still being fair to the very low numbers of remaining RG/IG players. Time to reinstall iRO and start supporting iRO again. The supports need to be mutual. Give the Original effect of Cat Ear Beret back as you do in Arbitrator Shawl&Platinum Arbitrator set:

 

Skill delay reduced by 10%.

Damage increased by 15% for Psychic Wave and Diamond Dust skills.

When learning Cloud Kill at Lv5, the cooldown of Diamond Dust is reduced by 1 second.

When learning Psychic Wave at Lv5, skill delay is reduced by 20%.

When learning Striking at Lv5, damage increased by 25% for fire, water, wind, earth, and non-elemental magic attacks.

When learning Vacuum Extreme at Lv5, the cooldown of Psychic Wave is reduced by 2 seconds.

With each refinement level increase of the Red Cat Ear Witch Hat, Int is increased by 3.

When the refinement level of the Red Cat Ear Witch Hat is 7 or higher, damage is increased by 20% for Psychic Wave and Diamond Dust.

When the refinement level of the Red Cat Ear Witch Hat is 9 or higher, damage is increased by 30% for Psychic Wave and Diamond Dust.

BY THE WAY are shovel hats in the costume stone pool yet i have too many of those

So no intention of fix refinement system? supposedly how HD Carnium and HD Bradium should work is if the item is +10 and the refinement attempt fails the refinement level should keep intact, but when the new refinement interface was implemented this wasn't working so as a "parch" the odd of +10 to +11 as set to 100%

 

The Kafra Shop sells HD Carnium and HD Bradium, which can be used on the Blacksmith Mighty Hammer (moc_paraup 38, 185).

• Failing will result in losing one refine level, instead of three levels or breaking.
• On iRO, when using HD Carnium or HD Bradium, the weapon or armor will not go under +10, so +10 is the Safe Limit when refining with HD Bradium and HD Carnium.
• Failing at +10 will result in the item staying at +10.

No stat resets, continuing the refine event that doesn't really work because they broke the refine rate.

Nothin really gitgud with the ocp. Mystery wing useless without refine fixed at +10 at 100%. Just -_-ppy hats at 1% and arbitrator fanboys rework. Paired with costume 24 enchant so ppls forced to buy for rg enchants. Expect sorc/wl gears next month ocp.
