iRO Renewal Hardware Maintenance

 

September 28th, 10:00AM - 04:00PM PDT

 

Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. From now on, we will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week unless specified otherwise.

 
 

 
 
 

 
 

 

ADDRESSING RECENT ISSUES

We are aware about the recent issues that happened to our server. This maintenance will rectify the Offline Vending issue. Please kindly empty all of your offline vending items to prevent unwanted errors before maintenance.

 

And also we would like to inform you of the issue of getting stuck after teleporting to Prontera. To avoid this issue, please return your pet into its Egg before teleporting to Prontera.

 

Below are information for batch rewards distribution based on your spending period. the reward distribution for the September KP Spend Promotion.

• The first batch of rewards will be from September 7th - 13th

• The second batch of rewards will be from September 14th - 20th!

• The third batch of rewards will be from September 21th - 28th! (Still in preparation)

We need an official respond regarding upgrades past +10. Is SAFE or NOT SAFE to upgrade from +10 to +11? Paying customers deserves a simple answer as to if the upgrade system is here to stay or if it is not.

 

Currently no one is able to reset their stats because Sam from Payon (the reset guy) only recognizes up to Lv 200. Please give players the ability to reset their stats and talent points considering the recent release of new gears along with 4th jobs.

 

The Gorgon Coronet which is a refurbished version of Seraphim Coronet is set as an upper headgear instead of mid headgear.

 

Please consider providing us with more ways to level up our characters given the implementation of Lv 250 with very limited leveling spots. Some players have suggested increasing the spawn rates in Niffheim Dungeon 2 or add new monsters to the bounty board.

 

Lastly, what about compensation for the 4 weeks of hell players have endured?

4th jobs aren't being considered as part of the base classes in these items' scripts

in addition, Wild Poring Rider hasn't been working for Star Emperor and Soul Reaper

 

Enable Stat/Skill reset NPC

 

Address what the "compensation" is, please no more of that "VIP users gets some 3 day VIP back" that's complete bs

 

GIVE US AN ANSWER FOR THE +10 -> +11

Sam Status NPC in Payon has to be fixed to recognize level 201 and up.

If you WP cant update Sam Status NPC to recognize lvl 201 - 250, I suggest you to re-introduce all the stat soul potions to OCPs/Kachues. Its another fast fix to the issue. Otherwise, S> Soul potions (to help readjust your stats ... 10m each *inflation accounted in*).

 

Same to refinement +10 to +11, this is how it is supposed to work, isnt it? Though we still need some confirmation that there will be no change to have a 100% success going to +11 and right now currently is working as intended. In this case, maybe ... aww -_-, we already have Blessing blacksmiths in OCPs.

The 100% going to +11 was a bandage fix wasnt it? Originally +10 to +11 was never 100%. I think we all got spoiled lmfao
