i am mad at sad at the same time 

i spend 600m on bsb and kp

to buy enriched ori , hd branium 

my weapon started +10

I never got it to 11 

 from 10 to 9 , i had to use bsb to get it back to 10 

and the weapon need +11 for the bonus

Isn't a fail upgrade attempt of +10 to +11 suppose to keep it still at 10? It's now degrading?

You can use HD Ori/Elu to get to +10 and then use bsb after that. But yeah, this new refinement is abysmal, and no one will buy that HD bradium/cardium boxes.
