When should we expect to hear back about our missing items/zeny?

I am still waiting for missing zeny/items to be restored as a result of recent issues. Do we have any timeline on when we should receive our missing items/zeny? Or any information at all about progress toward fixing the issue or restoring the lost items

Got most of missing stuff. But cant say for some people i heard they never got their stuff back

2 weeks for me and I'm still getting the same canned responses. Ticket already autoclosed 3 times and they're still giving me the same canned response every time.

Please DM Me your Ticket number if you have submitting a ticket. The period of the restoration for the issue hasn't been done yet, I will poke to our team to see if your issue has been resolved or not.

Thank you, but they already responded promisingly they will restore this time. You give me hopes for the game, but I’d rather you focus on the more pressing issues such as compensation for the month of downtime, etc.

Well I haven't heard anything from anyone yet, so I'll just follow up here

 

What happened:
1. 9/23/2023 ~12:30 AM - Set up offline vend shop (3x Maximum Mammoth books, ~4000 Giant Fly Wing)
2. 9/23/2023 ~?? - Sold 2x Maximum Mammoth and ~50 Giant Fly Wings in offline vend shop, sent to Rodex
3. 9/23/2023 ~9:00 AM - Zeny from selling 2x Maximum Mammoth and ~50 Giant Fly Wings successfully claimed from Rodex (About 1,800,000,000 Zeny). Deleted empty Rodex mail.
4. 9/23/2023 ~9:00 AM - New offline vend shop set up with remaining, unsold items (1x Maximum Mammoth, ~3900 Giant Fly Wing)
5. 9/23/2023 ~?? - Prontera server offline
6. 9/23/2023 ~11:00 AM - Prontera server back online
7. 9/23/2023 ~11:00 AM - Login to senorpanda, sees zeny claimed is no longer on the character (Zeny value rolled back to before #3, about 1,001,672 Zeny). No Zeny in Rodex. Items in Rodex (From offline vend shop closing) are missing items sold in #2 / claimed in #3. Items in Rodex are only items from #4 (Missing items sold in #2 / claimed in #3)

 

End result: Missing Maximum Mammoth Shadow Spellbook x2 and some Giant Fly Wings, or missing about 1.8 billion zeny

 

As you can see, this is NOT an issue with Rodex, Rodex functioned as intended here. As a result of the server crashing and rolling back, my character lost all of the zeny that was claimed after the server restore point.

still missing my rampage shadow shield and shoes too haha

my tickets closed on me and i dont think they put me in the specialist queue

 Still missing stuff as well, and ticket closed. Not sure if they are still working on it or not.

It's wild to me how long we've gone without any updates on this issue. I'm literally missing billions of zeny and it feels like we're being ignored. At what point can I request a refund for the money I spent on kachua keys for those lost items?
