Like the thread says, since warp portal staff doesn't read us/ care about us what can we do in order to be listened?
CM's ignore us and they don't even reply to us anymore, here we propose ideas to be listened.
btw this thread is about having communication with the warp portal staff, it doesn't break any rule, since we want answers as consumers.

unfortunately, we just move on..I myself have stopped leveling completely but like to see whats going on in the forums as far as game improvement which looks like there wont be any as far as communication and fixes. 

 

If they lose players, revenue will fall and maybe they will just close the server and jRO will open up its doors to iro players. I know thats pretty far fetched but its nice to wish

Nothing you can do really. Why bother wasting efforts into making this game better if the people running the game don't even care. It's 2023 my dudes. There are tons of other games for you to enjoy and support.

Pretty sure they wouldn't listen unless you physically were in front of them in person and holding them hostage at this point, lmao. Even then they probably would only "hear" was you say and not listen.

Do they even speak english? Their in-game announcements during hide and seek are bad. Also stop swiping your cards maybe that will send a message

Swipe a lot to show support and suddenly stop. This is the only most efficient way. Though, some conditions need to be met.

Condition 1, this method only works if you have been doing it for years.

Condition 2, the complaint to be listened needs to be reasonable. Sometime my reasonable complaint such as MvP cards in Kachue keys or new MvPs in CLAB 2.0 aint even considered or listened by the WP staff (or maybe they did and they are workingn on it <3)

Condition 3, if server pop still has high log ins, maybe the problem isnt really thay bad. The majority of people need to stop swiping (but as far as Im aware, whenever I log in, I see people opening Kachue keys everyday lol)

Voting with your wallet or moving on. I poke my head in to see if anything big has changed now and then, but that's it. It's critical to realize that Warpportal is also at the mercy of the Gravity Studio, and by extension Samsung, and right now they seem to only care about kRO and jRO. We're just coffee money to them.

They just need to communicate. Not granting every wish is understandable, but they, at least, need to say something. Giving silent treatment is the worst customer relation.

if i were to them i stop spending on this game and buy something that wont lost and can be re sell stuffs like figmas etc. , in online games once they close there's nothing you will get in return except their just giving you a "thank you for playing" greet , or find other games that will treat you like a human that will makes you support them...

p.s im playing iro just for time passing when my favorite games is in maintenance...

We tried over a decade to get them to talk and interact with us, and they just ignored us. Sadly theres too many people here that seem to like to be exploited and defended WP, just as you did, its mostly their fault that it has come to this.

Over a decade you say ? even with campitor, oda and narwhal  listened us and there was communication with the staff so don't create alts only to write lies on this forum, if we support the official server is because we love Ragnarok Online, unlike certain wannabe players like you will understand, if we want to make it better it's because we care about the product.

""WE tried over a decade"" Again we had in the past competent staff that listened us and comunicate with us a clearly example of it was ODA pushing his idea for rockridge to the korean staff, or campitor even when he had a really sad and bad time he still did his job.
