Yesterday I tried to open a shopping store with all my zeny, but the store did not open but it took all my money.
Now when I try to open a shop for purchases, it gives me the following message "Alredy vending a shop NPC"
Please help.

You sure it didn't put a shop up? It's been a bit slow but it's been putting mine up. What were you buying or selling? Try searching it on the market board to see if it shows up.

The tent was not left up. I needed to buy cursed fragment. It does not appear in the cell where I left it or on the dashboard.
I didn't get it in the mail either

At the end of the weekly maintenance I received the zeny in the mail
