Hi, first of all, i'm sorry if I did this topic in the wrong place. First time using this forum.

Ok, so, I made a purchase with a credit card last week on Thursday. I understood the whole wait for 1-2 days for validation. However, it's already Monday and nothing. I read somewhere that WP will not let you know if the validation worked or not so just try making another purchase, which I did and they responded the same thing "wait 24h."

So, I asked a friend and he said to try PayPal, however when I click to use PayPal, it takes me straight to place order, without getting any card info or anything. How does that work? XSolla did the same thing. This is really confusing and frustrating  

Can someone help me? I want to get Kafra Points!

Ah! Another thing, my friend said to try something else than Google Chrome. Tried using Explorer and Microsoft Edge and the results were the same. Nothing popped up from PayPal or XSolla.

I have not used PayPal, so not sure about that, but have you checked your Spam/Junk folder? All emails from WP or even the GMs for tickets always go there for me (I keep having to setting it to "not spam") so might be worth a look if you haven't already.

anyway, you might want to send a ticket to WP.
Hopefully they have payment support =w=
