This is what GM answered and confirmed twice that this is normal.

 

 

It does not show a disconnect message but it directly sends to login screen. 

 

 

 

Not only that, GM also confirmed that GM could disconnect players to login screen without showing a disconnect message. So how can we capture the screen if something is wrong and how can we know whether it was disconnected by GM or hacker?

 

 

Dev team intend to make this or it is a bug?

Is this a recent thing because I've been vending in town for hours all day before and I would go to Eden to refresh the crystal buff but I don't get disconnected doing so. Now I actually do get disconnected doing the same thing after vending all day. GMs disconnecting players feel like a crappy move especially if they're vending.

 

It's also incredibly annoying how it's impossible to claim daily rewards or mail if you're in Prontera. For anyone reading this, don't do it in Prontera or you'll risk losing your rewards for that day. Claiming your daily reward in Prontera will freeze the game, either it will disconnect you or just straight up crash the client. Then the next time you login, the reward will not arrive in your mail.

No its not normal, normally you can online all day ... especially vending

1. No, I leave multiple clients online overnight and none are automatically DCed (unless the server goes down or something). I think what people might be referring to is that if you are online for long periods of inactivity, when you move to a new map it does DC you for some reason. You just have to relog once and you are good to go, at least in my experience.
2. I am sure they can but when I needed help with a lost item due to RODEX issues, they PMed me first to request I log off so they can restore the item. I don't think they would do it randomly.
