So i opened some ocp desperate to try to find some gears for my silly Mastersmith...,why... did i go slow slow slow smith  instead of a real class? 



Jokes aside...  I have a Portable support system... and i noticed that it can make is so that skills consume no madogear fuel.  if i can pair that with that yggradsyl helm/accessory+ mystery wing?  would Mado build still be pretty good?

 

Not sure if  what i have so far that really works that well together or not. I am just trying to see the consensus of actually better option.

Hello again, Madogear is purely for RP.

No, seriously, it takes quite the investment for it to do good dmg and needs a lot of consumables.

Prob best would be getting it only with spare job points after you get axe skills for faster traveling with acceleration. gluck

Agreed with vividort here, skip the Madogear (outside of wanting to look like a Gundam/anime space pilot) and join the Axe Tornado gang!

 

I got to 150 via Gramps with your standard leech gears + mediocre AT gears (Work Cap, Tornado Axe+True Howard x1, Arquien's Necklace x2) which are all pretty cheap right now I believe. However, I then was hitting a leveling wall due to lack of damage output and upgraded to the current best stuff (Mountain Helm, Illusion War Axe+True Howard x2, Magma Manteau, Military Boots, Military Gloves, Mechanic Costume Stones). It's been a fun class to play... obviously not everyone can afford all those items so just be aware of that if you are hoping to hit 200 quickly.
