I doubt which one is better Geneticist or biolo, brews Success Rate 

Creation = INT + (DEX ÷ 2) + LUK + Job_Lv + Random[30, 150] + (Base_Lv − 100) + (Potion_Research_Lv × 5) + (Full_Chemical_Protection_Lv × Random[4, 10])
Difficulty = Specific_Value + Item_Rate

Geneticist job lvl max = 70

Biolo job lvl max = 50

 

By changing I would lose 20 points?
it's better to just be Geneticist  200/70? please help

Can't you just get 20 base levels to offset that? Also some skills like Clementia still keeps the job 70 bonus after 4th classing so it might work here too

There is so much gear available nowdays that your success rate for brewing as Genetic or recently change biolo should still maintain at 100% (12 items produced each run).

 

If anything the only brewing that will be affected are the pots from Biolo, maybe becuase you will now have enough CRT points right away, but by all means change job, like mentioned above the job levels can be offset with the base level increase.
