I've been playing on a laptop and the font size and UI is too small for 1080p. I've tried other settings but it mess up the size of the icons in the desktop or not loading the game properly. 

 

Is there a way to increase the font size and UI? 

 

Also, I've been using a 2nd monitor as the main monitor, another problem is even if the monitor is 1080p and the game is set to 1080p it does not translate to a full screen game.

Go into the Ragnarok Online main folder and open setup.exe. Iirc reducing the resolution should increase the ui size and font, then set it to full screen so it expands the game to the whole screen.

I did this but the problem is the game is not loading properly. Its only white screen. Also, I cannot move it to my 2nd screen.

Did you try alt+tab or minimize leaving then coming back? I just tested it and it worked just fine on my end. Try out other resolutions if they work. Ive never used 2 monitors so im not sure how to transfer the game to the other monitor

set your external monitor as main screen via windows settings, so RO client will be shown directly to your external monitor
