I tried to look into if it is possible to change an existing character's gender (from male to female or female to male) but can't seem to find any info on it. I saw that in the past you could change an entire account's gender but now that you can create whatever you want, is there a Kafra Shop Item or in-game service (like the Stylist) that allows this?

 

If not, has anyone requested the GMs to do this via ticket or something? Not the end of the world but I think I prefer the SX's female sprite to my male one

So I actually found that same page but when I click "purchase", it just brings me to the WP Power-Up page where I can buy the standard WP. Thanks though!

I do really apologize as currently the VAS Gender Change are currently unavailable for a maintenance by our production team.

 

Once it has been up again, I will let you know through the patch notes.
