WHY was the safety net that upgrades cant go below 10 once they are +10 removed? now upgrading to +11 alone is INSANELY expensive as reaching +9 is the most likely scenario and going past +11 is absolutely ridiculous.

 

I would even argue this will led to lower sales, why bother with a system that is now clearly worse than before and far more expensive?

Yeah, GM ignored the degrade to +9 part and only focused on the 100% chance to +11 part when asked too.

Just now i tried another luck but yeah, it's almost impossible
I've spent 600m and still no +11, i don't know how many BSB I've exactly used

And Yes !! It's an anticonsumer move !!

Yeah it very unfortunate. Just very low chances to +11 and so on. +10 used to be safe point so even though they fail the gear used to stay at +10. The new refinement ui come and Camp makes it 100% because it couldn't stay at +10. I wish I could edit the old Mighty Hammer npc back into the game. Some in game gear not OCP need +11 to get their full effect.

With that CM reply tbh I could not even be blame anymore at the dupers. Even if they make the server log in down. At least they can dupe more blacksmith blessing and safe to +11 +12 +13 +14 certificate.

Yeah, the fact they can't answer 2 part questions and then just ignore anyone asking anything anymore, basically becomes a declaration of war against angry players, lmao.

It's anti-consumer if you compare it to the same iRO server before. Other server have lower chance rate than this. Also, we have occasional refine events that could even make upgrade easier.

Just disengage. Get to +10 and offer that plus zenny to people already having the gear you want.

Don't burn yourself with greedy systems. Play the system in your favor.

You only ever answered to tell us 10-11 wasn't supposed to be 100%
Never said anything about failing while at +10 degrading back to +9
Edit: also reset /alchemist list long overdue :V
