Can you guys make generic items so at least these can be used for other classes who are left behind? CS RG/IG and IB RK/DK, for example, have already a new item introduced that may potentially replaces previous items (Scarlet Hero and Fallen Manteau), which were just introduced to iRO only months ago. This Royal Prontera Cape is such an opportunity missed to give all physical classes a good garment to wear (it still has some general benefits, but would be great if it's truly a generic item). Can you guys introduce a similar item or a version II of this item? 

 

A few tweaks that would make this item a great generic garment for physical classes (who don't have class-specific garment yet).

 

p.s. I don't mind if our current garments (I myself own one) will eventually be replaced, but please do something for other classes first. A big thanks tho for bringing a generic armor (Screaming ghost party), which is even more universal (can be used for physical and magical builds).

Just to remind again to give some OCP/Kachua items to expanded classes. You already bring version 2 OP items of classes that already good at clearing most instances. On this post, I would like to ask you to do some favor for Magic Super Novices. Even though they are overpowered in WoE TE, this class (especially the magic build) has been seriously neglected and barely have any item to use (mostly rely only on generic items).

 

Why don't you introduce us a class armor? If there's no class armor from jRO for them, you can make some cool iRO-specific items just like you did many recent items (Full Faith Crown, Ancient Mechanic Greaves, etc). Here's some idea for your consideration. Since this is a level 100 armor, this should bring no issue to TE.

 

 

Robe of the Mighty Power [1]

Robe made for Novice that has mastered magical spells. Bestows the user with mighty power from great sorcerers.

MHP +10%, MSP +10%.

 

When refined to +5 or higher, INT +15.

 

When refined to +7 or higher, additional INT +15.

 

When refined to +9 or higher,

For every level of Transcendence learned,

increase MATK by 30, and increase magical damage against all races by 14%.

 

When refined to +10 or higher :
Armor will be indestructible. Additional MHP +20%, and MSP+20%.

When refined to +11 or higher :
Increase neutral, fire, water, wind, earth, and ghost property magical damage by 15%. 

------------------------
When refined to +12 or higher :
If the user has learned Help, Angel!, enable to use Psychic Wave level 5.
Reduce cooldown of Psychic Wave by 3 sec.

When refined to +13 or higher :
For every 3 base levels, increase the damage of Psychic Wave by 1% (up to level 240).

Note: This is made with the assumption that you will introduce some other staffs/weapons for magic SuperNov/HyperNov, instead of a single weapon (Freedom Stick) that has been used for eternity. Otherwise, if you don't bring this armor, please take that cooldown reduction mentioned above and put it into some headgear (or accessory lvl 100 for Super Novice, if headgear will create a problem for TE folks). We just want to have a single spammable skill in our arsenal (that we don't have right now). Thank you.
