Single item, stackable, can reuse Consignment shop sprite.
*Can be purchased from NPC for 1 Billion Zeny.
*Can be sold to NPC for 1 BIllion Zeny.
Will be used for trades of high amount of zeny, Example: Tao Gunka Card worth 20 Billions, it will be a single trade of 20 Certificate for the card, no need to have alts and whatnot, just single trade.
Current system is cumbersome this will allow high trades without issues.

The item duplication issue on pRO before was a result of the ineffective anti-cheat system back then. Players were able to remove the anti-cheat system in their clients. With the current anti-cheat system of iRO, I think this is preventable already.
On the other hand, do we have a duplicated items in game as of the moment? Like duped MVP Cards? Because if there is none, then they can implement this feature already.
In any case, I think the devs should address this issue to be able to trade high-end item without the risk of scams.
