The simple answer is due to the increasing number of users that increasing the traffic of our servers.

 

The transaction value using RoDex is very high on Prontera. If you were to claim your RoDex'es try to claim it outside the Prontera.

Maybe the potato sever they use to run RodEx collapsed after more than 1 transaction at a time happened.I bet they use a Pentium I to run the server because all the kachua's money goes towards... humm where does the money go again? Also F for the MVP card I had in my vend I tried to refresh and is now lost in RodEx Limbo.

Someone else lose a pet for that issue with the mail? Or maybe the sprite isn't visible, I tried restarting the game but still isn't work… anyway, in any case be careful with your pets!

yes. I lost an incubus and a succubus too.  if you try to use an incubator they will be there but they are in red text and cant be hatched. sent a ticket already

Anyone from the GM team can give it a kick to RodEx server? I just want to retrieve the items from my vend and setup the afk vend,  up til right now RoxEx is STILL not working.

It seems that someone that know what is he doing logged in the game and is finally going to put the sever into emergency maintenance, this should have been done LONG ago like this very same morning. Now I hope my MVP cards lost in limbo are send back to my merchie and well not lost in limbo, fingers crossed.

Rodex is back but every single item I had in my vend is fully gone also the pegasus boots I purchased this morning and were supposed to be sent through Rodex are gone, 2 MVP cards you name it I probably have a screenshot of one of the two, all gone is so sad I dont even know how to respond, I am not even going to bother to crete a ticket I just dont know what I am doing I need something else to do probably my last post here, it is time to move on.

The state of the game is terrible, you come out of a bug and find yourself with 20 others, and the worst thing is that they always want photos of everything as if you were a fortune teller to know when it's going to break, the truth is it's totally frustrating!!

We do realize and hear your frustration in regard of the issue on this weekends. First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience about this issue.

 

This issue is currently are being under investigation by our production team. If your item was missing or lost, please kindly let our support team know by submitting a ticket so they can restore it for you.

 

However, keep in mind that the restoration might take time due to the RoDex system itself as we need to wait until the RoDex expired to prevent any duplication issue when we have restored the item to you.

 

Once again, we do really apologize for the inconvenience.
