there's this spam announcement in Juno that only says "A Member of the" in cyan text

What is that about?

It's an announcement when someone enters an instance, in this case, EDDA Biolab. Unfortunately, it's broken.

Devs are just too lazy to change the words. Perhaps they'll update the instance announcement when they are bringing next huge new contents
