How to obtain. i combed the OCP pages and no dice. cant be dropped. must be a quest line? seasonal quest? (cant find iro wiki etc just DB saying its stats but not how to obtain is a pain)
any help is appreciated. just frustrated with lack of information

Ah i see. weird its not an ocp item. wont be able to get on freya probably due to the server being newer.
not sure if an admin finds this and can add this as an option to one of the ocps or cash shop.
