Hello everyone !

I wanted to play to ragnarock online. I created an account, downloaded the game and tryed to patch.

When I start the laucher in download bar I can see the message "Failed to connect to patch server" and teh dowload dont start.

I tryed to open RO as an administrator, it didn't worked. I desactivated some security of my pc but it still dont work.

Enyone had the same problem ?

If you are from outside the US this can happen sometimes.

Usually it goes away after 2 - 3 days, sometimes it'll go away instantly if you restart your router, too.

But most of the time it takes a few days until it works again.

 

It's been an issue that has always been here for players outside the US, even 14 years ago.

I've finally get a solution as you said you must log in with US connexion with a VPN. Ty guys.
