After Maintenance i cant log in to my account anymore, get the following error:

i get stuck on character select screen with the error Cannot Find Sprite 


anyone knows how to fix this? 

i tried logging in on a fresh install on other computer and get the same error

I am receiving the same error in Prontera since recent patch. 

Makes the game unplayable, freezing client.

 

Cannot find file : sprite

 

Someone was saying something is wrong with: missing_eyes_file1.gpf

 

I am really hoping this gets hotfixed or something! please!

Either wait for them to fix it or you can do it yourself in the meantime.

Ok, I am downloading this random program I have never heard of to try and fix Ragnarok right now.

I appreciate it so much Fish, but wt actual heck Warpportal/Gravity. I was literally looking over your spending promotion yesterday, thinking about dropping a load, and I literally cannot even login to my character to play right now since your most recent patch. You have multiple posts on your forum, which probably a fraction of the playerbase even visits, much less posts onto. Please hotfix this asap. 

 

It even feels like less people are logged in right now. All time low playerbase atm. Maybe due to this?

Good news guys, there's a light patch today and they included the missing files. Good job new management, it take them less than 1 day to fix while ~2 years ago it took them 1 week for something like this.

It was needed, but I am glad they were able to hotpatch it!
