Dear Community, and Greedy ungrateful despicable company and all representatives thereof(Warp Portal/Staff just so you cant mistake who I am address WP),
On behalf of the lovely members of this community who have openly displayed great concern and dismay for the continuous degradation of something that they love, and been meet with no response nor positive change I write this heartfelt letter outlining the reasons why your community is unhappy and asking for a reprieve for your player base in the form of a reduction in predatory pricing/behaviors/odds and with any luck have your communities voice be heard more frequently and have actions made that show a positive impact with the game. Having been ignored by the greediest people who crawl and slide on the earth and watched the continuous greed train that is the Kachula Keys and OCP Box system become more and more insulting and predatory as time progresses. You have succeeded in only 2 things Alienating the MAJORITY of your player base, and cashing in on people with significantly more money than brains. You have left this game to only wealth whales whom completely control the economy of this game, and likely are the chief source between them of all RMT that occur. You have allowed others to control a central part of your game and in so doing have lost your power...consequently all you can do is keep releasing more crap, and those with the immense wealth don't even need to purchase WP points to get them they have cornered and manipulated the current player market to such a magnitude that you will forever be POLISHING THE BRASS ON THE TITANIC in regards to this games obliterated economy.
I think most community members will agree that you have established yourselves to give ZERO(0) cares about your active/average player. Thus you have have also established what could be widely regarded as the most UNHAPPY COMMUNITY in gaming history, I challenge this despicable company to look at other game communities you have a larger outcry than even <snip> which historically has the most toxic player base to ever exist. But alas you don't care if your player base is unhappy, because sadly we feel like we have all invested either too much time, real money or both into this disappointing catastrophe that you call a "GAME" to do what should have been done long ago, which is to QUIT completely and never come back, stop spending time and especially stop spending money. As we are human we are subject to 2 powerful manipulations the Fear of Missing Out, and the Fear of Loss. The Fear of loss is the reason I and likely a huge number of others are still even trying to play this "game" which I am going to call it an elaborate online gambling app. We as a player base are simply afraid to lose either the time/money that has already been invested and this is the only reason you even have a player base. The fear of missing out is the sole reason that your whales, and some very unfortunate average joes are being fleeced constantly.
Below are the reasons that have been expressed repeatedly that make WP a despicable greedy company:
Bots/Macroers are allowed to continue with disruptive behaviors
Item Dupers are still persistent
The Item shop has become excessively predatory
Kach Key system has become excessively predatory
Bugs have remained unpatched for years
Crashes, of various kinds persist, frequency has increased.
Release of Content has been either purposely withheld(which is obscenely scummy), or grossly incompetent slow.
Community has been ignored repeatedly(Example: Update Boxter...still not done.)
The fact that you have manipulated your players using Psychological Manipulation Techniques: Fear of Missing out, Fear of Loss
The aforementioned reasons are the largest outliers however there is a myriad of reasons in excess of the above but for sake of the length of this post have been excluded.
It is the wish of this poster that by outlining your faults that you at the very least admit that their is a problem and to some small degree work towards correcting the predatory and abusive practices and behaviors that currently persist within your systems. As well as see more response from forum mods other than ignoring or censoring posts in the way of positive reinforcement that issues are being sorted.
