Quite possibly a dumb question but I bought the Ninja Ice Stone thingy and summoned a Level 3 Aqua to test summoning Diluvio, it... didn't work, need 1 Ice Stone, now what's this Ice Stone that's needed?
Not enough Ice Stone?

Talk to Point Seller NPC and see if they sell it. You can find many listed in Navigation window or one near Geffen Kafra.
