Agi spear crusader is always great starter and the lowest cost build. Although they cant mob well, but the speed and crit inflicted can be able to clear most monsters that are in between lv 60-90.
There is also Holy Cross Build. It consumes 20 SP per atk. however, you can compensate the SP loss by using Grudge Knight card (garment +20sp gain per monster killed) & earth deleter card (armor +10sp gain per monster killed). You can find someone selling these at cheap price.
So In this case, if it takes 2x holy cross to kill a monster you only consume 10sp (or if its possible to kill one per monster that means you have unlimited Sp). Obviously the most expensive one will be CVB which gains 50sp (and 500hp) per monster killed which cost hundred mil zeny. using CVB with grandcross can quickly level up by mobbing in Gramps TI and at the same time replenish HP and SP like no tomorrow
However, if you have no zeny.. with the cards i mentioned above to be slot in any eq and with a two handed spear like Crimson Lance (holy cross deals twice dmg for two handed spear), you are set to go.
For levelling spot base level:
55-70: outside orc dungeon
60-80: hode / sandman
70-90: Harpy
83-99: roween / dark priest
For rebirthing, its same process above for paladin. Until you reach royal guard, use cannon spear build and get the free gear set from doing 16.1, 16.2 and 17.1 quest and choose cannon spear boost dmg
P/s: dont forget that you can also do Overlook Water Dungeon quest by using the VIP either you can get from daily login or partial VIP using 3 magical stones (but limit to that char only)
