Hello, i haven't played in couple of years, i check all new updates and gears and i decided to play for whiles again, but here is my concern:
i went to E.T with my RK and mvps dodges my DB when they agi up, also the damage to mvp's is reduced to 10% there, i notice against EL1_A17T my DB was dodged too, i further look for any info about this mechanic but  i didn't find anything related to this, so this is some kind of bug or a mechanic who wants to make MVP's harder for DB users?

Kek it isn’t agi up bruv. MVPs have buffed skills sum like 30 sec 100% physical resist or 100% magic resist and mvp just absorb the dmg to hp sum like that. It can also change element and can’t deal dmg for 30 secs. Feel me?

There are two options for what skills it might be using: Either Land Protector

If he's using LP, then lure it away from it. You have no way of bypassing it as far as I know.

or NPC immune Property Lvl 4

Immune Property 4 happens to make it immune to Fire, which happens to be the property of your regular Dragon Breath

Also you're correct in that you're only dealing 10% damage to MVPs. This is an update from a while ago:

It sucks for us not obscenely geared peeps, so it takes some creativity and friends to come along.

 

So you have quite a bit to catch up to. The server changed a lot.

First thing you can try: Use Water Dragon Breath if the regular one fails.
Also, bring some runes along! Check this out:

Hey thanks a lot for the clarify, i was missing in a lot of things, that's a huge buff for runes and DBs and glad to know these mvps are harder !!
