I have a Lv 83 Crusader, who is meant to specialise in tanking.
Also a Lv 80 Soul Linker if that's much help. Where do you hang out?

I hang south of Prontera. I dont know much about the soul linkers, what do they do?

They're essentially magic casters, although they can do a good job with melee fighting. They can cast class specific buffs on players that assist them in various ways. (Knights can use One-Hand quicken, Assassin's Sonic Blow power doubles etc.)

In a nutshell, my Soul Linker can stand back and fire Esma one after the other. It works much the same as Mage's Bolt skill except they can cast quicker, and the element can be changed freely to suit the monster's weakness. Unfortunately, I often need a tanker since I can't dodge attacks too well.
