Hello, I've been dealing with this issue whole day trying to know what happens to this game.
And this is what I got:
- There is 3 official RO servers location distributed: kRO (Korean), jRO (Japan) and iRO (North America)
- If you are not from this places, probably you will get a region block: "You are not allowed to view this content" message during "add new account" in WarpPortal
- WarpPortal is the official editor for iRO (North America) and also other games
So, if you are from Europe or South America or other regions you have 2 options:
- Try to bypass region check with a VPN (?), but probably you will have huge ping ingame making it unplayable
- Playing other RO servers. Official server (no longer in steam) maybe could be "ragnarok europe" or "ROPrime" at https://eu.4game.com/roprime (seems they have Gravity license, not sure)
