I just bought a + 7 crimson katar monday night and i noticed it wasnt letting me access the mail at all saying that i need to delete excess mail but i didnt have anything there and the whole time i didnt delete it because i wasnt able to during this issue, normally i make sure i keep my inbox clean so to prevent overflow but this one time i wasnt able to retrieve my + 7 crimson katar and after i was able to access my inbox i found that it was deleted not by me but the game maintenance update that happened tuesday... I spent 7.55 mil on that katar and now im just really discouraged to buy anything from the money store if stuff like this happens. could a gm please give me a refund or help me with this problem? i just want my +7 crimson katar back i worked with what free time i had to get that zeny so that i could buy it and it would be a real relief if i could get it back somehow from a gm.
my characters name that bought it was Taulgramm he is an assassin job class im not sure if putting that info into here would help at all.
