Not sure if I am doing something silly to not get the quest working. But when attempting to click on the "haze" quest bubble which prompts the quest to start, it seems it just repeats itself over and over. I'm not able to make progress on the quest as it just repeats with the "Reach Out" quest lines over and over.
Am I doing something wrong or is this bugged just for me?
They pay me to post.

Are you in the party alone? if anyone else is you won't be able to start as it is a solo instance

How embarrassing lol. This was exactly it. Haven't played in quite a bit and was pulled back in because of this quest. Forgot I was in a party. Thanks!! This can be closed and marked as resolved.
