Please Move the darn Certificate Refiner inside.
It is such a pain moving in and out of refine shop when the item drop below 7.
I don't remember seeing that guy out there in Payon's spore map, but there used to be some guy that was part of some refinement process in pre-renewal? At least the certficate refiner guy isn't located in Thanatos Tower, the 13th floor of Endless Tower, only in Kiel Hyre's Cottage's interior garden room, or is found only in one of the rooms of the Prontera Maze (new room every maintenance).
