Hello! Last time I played was around 2022 and before that I think 2020, and 2016. So a few questions: 

 

Where are the guides for 4th jobs? 

 

Are the skills of 3rd jobs still viable/used by 4th jobs? 

 

Is leveling to 4th job and max level hard? 

 

Considering the above, is it worth it to invest in items boosting 2nd/3rd job skills now?

No full guides yet unfortunately. The thing is kRO has already updated 4th job skills while we are still using the first version of its release... and some third job skills still outperform in terms the damage. Could be the reason why people are kinda lazy to update 4th job skills description in iRO wiki, i guess?

The only advantage of fourth job are its Stats. POW for physical and SPL for magic, almost giving triple boosts than normal stats alone

Although they are slowly bringing out OCP gears that boost fourth job skill damage, but people are still in comfort zone using third job boosted skill gears mainly because some old gears are still cheap. Rather than using new released gear that is far more expensive. And some fourth job skills have more fixed cast time / cooldown that gives more discomfort and they rather just use the 3rd job skill build even though they are still a 4th job.

Levelling till 4th job is easy since they updated exp table, that is from level 175-200 now is 10x more easier to level. Makes perfect sense to encourage new players to reach 4th. Using boards from nogg3, abyss gh, einbech 3, odin 04, abysslake 04 turn them all using bmx3 daily. Then wait for next day, do the same thing all over again and by the time you'll realize you'll eventually reach lv 200.. same thing that you'll do for level 200-250, do the boards in niflheim dungeons, rudus 4, amicitia dungeons.. chunk all together exp rewards using bmx3... repeat. But however, levelling 240-250 is a bitch unless they will change exp table again if they want to release new max level up to 300? Lol

Thanks! Yeah i'm looking at info on 4th jobs but kinda lacking still on sources. 

 

For 2nd/3rd job OCP gears, what do you think are worth it to invest on even as a 4th job? Like for wizard, is it still ok to invest on celine set? ring of pazuzu? for RK, items improving DB? 

 

Don't really know what builds are viable now especially with these new OCP gears. Also, there are a lot of new OCP gears with ACD reductions, FCT/VCT reductions, stats, etc. Is it better now to invest in these kinds of items since they are more flexible? 

 

I noticed that there's new stats for 4th jobs, can you recommend a guide on these changes? Thanks again!

You know i can't really decide what's best since there are way too much OCP stuffs. You can browse through here:

and then check on the latest (which is OCP 58)

 

and refer to any job classes section. Some of 3rd job builds are still relevant. Warlock one is comet set, RK probably ignition crit type but DB is still viable.
