I believe the "Unyielding" enchantment option is missing for the entire headgear enchantment process.

Describe the issue: General summary: Due to naming issue changes in iRO, the intended enchantment is not provided as a selection for the headgear.

I'm not sure if this is a real bug or not, but I have upgraded to the 3rd enchantment slot 100+ times and even though I understand the enchantment process is rng based, I still don't think it's reasonable to NEVER get the enchantment at least once. The
On their release page for the update ( https://renewal.play...aspx?id=355&p=1 ) it shows that the Unyielding enchant is one of the options. On another datamine sources, (iro wiki, hazyforest websites) it says that iRO gets the "Tenacity" instead of Unyielding at a 12.37% chance. .
My conclusion is this; because of the name change, the enchantment is bugging out and not given in the rotation as a possibility.
I'm happy to be proven wrong, if anybody have photo proof of their Circlet of Time with the Tenacity or Unyielding enchant, please respond.
But at the moment, after billions of zeny infested into this headgear, I'm 95% confident it just doesnt exist.
