I've been playing iRO since 2018.

 

First, I played on the Poring Server

Then in 2020, I moved to the Chaos Server

 

It was tremendous fun meeting players from all over the world.

I'm glad to have been able to go on so many adventures exploring Ragnarok.

Grinding and Farming cards were the most fun, it was where I met most of my friends.

I was able to accumulate Zeny and experience playing all the skill branches for Knights.

I was even able to play and test the skills of Priests, Assassins, Royal Guards and Genes.

 

The last two weeks were pretty crazy.

 

I bought a Royal Prontera Cape, and made it +11 [B].  It was my first time grading.

And then yesterday, I bought a Doppelganger Card Eden.  My first MVP!

And after some chat with some friends, I mustered enough courage to make it +14 [A]!

I was now in possession of some S Tiered Items!

 

Then all of a sudden, I am hit with a block.

I sent a ticket to support asking what went wrong?

I never do RMT, I don't have discord, and have never wronged or scammed anyone.

Support has told me that I have violated their TOR and wont tell me what I did wrong.

So my account is suspended.  I am sad, but then again, I guess I also feel free, maybe it is time to move on.

 

I probably wont be able to name all the people I've met who gave me great friendship and inspiration in the game.

But thank you everyone, for being my friend, and for going through the ups and downs with me.

I have heard another case like this. One of the possibilities we have narrowed is that the scammers are faking messages in pub chat using 2 additional characters and implicating the first. Were you recently pubbing in eden without a password?

how u farm enough to get +11[B] and Dop cards without ever got any MVP in your life.

 

you know how much of that cape?

 

on top of that you also buy Doppel card that cost alot too. Hmm?

You do have a good point.

 

I sold some items to someone I met in Eden, and he was involved in some hack a day afterwards where his entire inventory disappeared.

Last night, I opened a chat in Eden to sell some items, and was disconnected, and was blocked when attempting to re-connect to the game.

There is no need to accuse me of un-ethical conducts.

I do not engage in any RMT, all my trades are done with Zeny and/or Items.

 

There have been plenty of spend events where you can use KP to purchase OCP and Kachua Ores.

They also give plenty of blacksmith blessings, all which could be sold for Zeny.

 

People who are consistent enough can accumulate quite a bit of Zeny.

Do not give up, try to get your account back! You may also want to use Discord for iRO, there's many discords that has lots of helpful info and is a much better form of communication for social activity.

you seem got accused to help scammer. But you can ticket warpportal support and show that you have your evidence about trading items. Its likely be recently one expensive items. (2b+ of Zeny)

I opened a ticket, and the GM wont give me any reasons for why I am banned. And does not allow me any chance to acquit myself.

All he says is that I violated the Terms of Service and that my account is suspended permanently.

I have seen many post on ppl getting banned for no reason. Try to ask the CM here in the forum Drixel. Dont give up. 

 

For the management, 

You should investigate the player carefully, dont simply ban those ppl specially those who spend time and money into this game (like 5year or more). Cause those ppl mostly dont usually does illegal thing and stuff cause its too costly for them to start again. If this post keep pop up, you gonna lose those customer that bring customer. Eventually, 0 or 1 guy left buy Kachua or OCP or Costume or Refine or premium for that month and dont fault the player, its you urself shoot on your foot.

the worst part of all, he was assigned to GM Vocal.
his account is still under investigation.
and for obvious reason. i know that GM hasn't been doing his part to properly investigate.

i know the person, from the looks of the ticket it seems like he bought some duped item from board. even the GM mentioned the specific item but the investigation have been on hold from 29th Feb.

NOOO Drixel T_T, you'll be dearly missed my friend. Tbh that's one of my worst fears in regards to the current state of this game, to be banned after spending thousands of hours even though we didn't do anything wrong, which is clearly what's been going on for quite some time in iRO for some reason. 

Their loss, I know you were always honest and never did any sort of RMT. Shame on the staff for being so unprofessional and getting rid of legacy players. 

Makes you wonder if the staff is trying to kill their game for good, because if those situations keep happening to players their friends are more than likely to quit the game for good, as it makes it seems as if bans can happen to anyone without any explanation because staff failed to fully investigate what they're accusing players of doing.

It's mind blowing to me how they accuse players of violating the Terms of Service and yet can't disclose which part of the Terms of Service was violated so that the player being accused can at least provide proof that there was no wrong doing, that's not how INVESTIGATING works but guess they don't care. Easier for them to just use the Ban Hammer and expect you to start from scratch bringing more revenue to the game.

When we got kicked off iRO 2018 I was really mad for a while, but in retroperspective, it was actually a big win and saved me hundreds, maybe some thousand dollars and a ton of time. Maybe you'll think the same in a while-

Due to last duping issue, my account is still blocked for 5months+. 

They told me this freaking useless item that is worth less than 100m is dupped, and would like to know where this piece of dupped xxxx is it from

Then I reply to them this piece of xxxx, you can get multiple copies from Kachua. This piece of xxxx worth like nothing....

 

For the last fxxking 5months+, all the replies are something like this. Stupid canned reply

It is a struggle staying here or leaving here.

They do not understand what does that mean to take away someone's account.

It's not just some stupid 1s and 0s to us. 

It's not just some "Thing" that they took away from you. Some part of your heart just start falling off, and they do not give a shxx.

Now you got the opportunity, leave, and do not come back.

You got better things to do in real life.

 

Worst management, worst support system, ok community with some dummy.

7 months and my friend account are still INVESTIGATION, how long does it take actually to finish a investigation?

this is absurd, we dont even have more than 2k player base and its like the queue for investigation is more than 10k ticket of similar issues.

Hello to all my friends in Ragnarök, I've decided to just quit and stop RO.

But I do have some words to my friends, who have made the game so fun.

Thank you all so much for the good friendship and memory!

 

Little Pop Rock - Pops, I didn't do anything illegal, but I got banned!  You've always cautioned me about being careful and I stayed away from all the bad stuff, but I guess sometimes, innocent people still get hurt.  I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.  I sold an item to someone and even lent him some equips to see how well it performs so that he can work towards an efficient and economical build, and a day afterwards, he gets hacked, and everyone who interacted with him got banned.  It's kind of sad because I was being a good samaritan, and teaching and showing him what he should upgrade.  Pops, you were the first guild I joined.  When I played on Poring Server, I've always played guildless because I never wanted to get too involved or too attached to the game.  However, I've always enjoyed making friends from all over the world.  And when I came to Chaos, you welcomed me, and even started me off with some Zeny for equip and teleports.  And thus, I join your guild.  I still have your Goggles Costume!  I kept it with me because it was a special gift from you!  And through your guild, I've met so many kind people, including Coco and Nana!  I still remember when Corridors of Phantom came, and we get slaughtered by the bio-lab monsters.  They just littered our corpses so easily on the ground!  And it was still so fun!  Thanks for your cheers and presents and OCPs!  I'm sorry I got banned and was not able to see you and thank you for all your help.  I hope you are doing well!

 

Lucy Skyfire - It was fun leveling up at Nightmare Clock Tower on Big Bells and farming that Big Ben Card.  Our friend Starbag_ departed too soon!  And thank you for taking me to the New World and showing me how to make Zeny from doing the dailies from the Royal Banquet.  I had no idea how much fun the game was.  Though you, I became enamored with the lore and started doing so many quests in the game.  I did the biolab quests in Lighthalzen, and the Sign Quest, and the Sign Quest took me everywhere, even to the most bottom level of Glastheim!  Ragnarok Online truly is a beautiful game.

 

Baby GX - It seems like I've only just met you.  It was fun being with you in Pop's Revolution Reborn Guild.  I always enjoy our chats, and thank you for always inviting me to Central Lab.  I almost never do that instance, but it always so fun to run it with you.  And I hope one day you'll be able to get a card from there!  And say "Hi" to Krav Maga for me!  He's always in Prontera South Field smoking his pipe, though, he sold that Poring Bubble Pipe and Queen Anz Hat long ago.

 

Laftaria / Sesami - Thanks for introducing me to Endless Tower and taking me to Old Glastheim.  And thank you for making me that Temporal Dex Boots with Speed of Light.  I barely became RK and I never did any instances until I met you.  I enjoyed watching you play your hybrid knight.  You were amazing with your Crush Strike killing the Valkyrie in Endless Tower.  And because of your Temporal Dex Boots, I was able to cast and spam Dragon Breath!  Afterwards, I kept practicing dragon breath, and how to kite, and I'd always do it in Prontera.  People would look at me and think I'm crazy! But that also garnered much attention that I made many friends.  And, in turn, also trained and taught so many knights to use the temporal dex boots build for the dragon breath.

 

.Achlys - It was always fun to test our damage and to try to be able to spam dragon breath at the Izlude eggs.  We were never able to chain dragon breath 5x per second, but it was still fun trying.  And it was nice seeing you come back to the game after your years long break.  I probably won't be able to see you transition from dragon breath to ignition break, but I hope you have fun, and one day get the Royal Prontera Cape too!

 

Rafnir - My long time Thai friend, who left the game so many years ago, you taught me almost everything there is to know about refinement and dragon breath.  It was always fun to listen to your stories about knights, and equips and skills and about the future of Ragnarok Online.  I miss hearing your stories, and I hope your studies in Japan work out and you become successful.

 

Bella and R3 - My Chinese friends from China and Malaysia!  It was fun collecting costumes and cosplaying them and all those times hanging out at Aldebaran, Geffen, and Payon.  I still remember you two running around Geffen like little fairies!  You two are so cute!  I had gotten Tomboy Fairy Ears with Shink effect, but never found a Ulysse Wingson on sale.  I will always remember you with those ears and wings.  Thanks for friendship and for teaching me Chinese.  I had not used Chinese in so long and almost forgotten how to use pinyin!  I will miss you guys a lot!

 

*Gracia - You were my Prontera shopping buddy!  We'd shop for deals in Prontera and try to re-sell them to make more Zeny!  And we even go hunting for those expensive Polluted Wander Man cards in Glastheim Abyss!  I remember they were selling 800m a pop!  I have not seen you in so long!  Hope you are doing well too!

 

krebstar - My mechanic friend!  Through you, I made a Mechanic to play the Arm Cannon build!  Thanks for showing me how Mado works.  The Powered Imp Suit and Powered Wing and Supplemental Chip make Arm Cannon so fun!  You have to come back an try out the Reinforced Mado Suit!  They make you look like Iron Man and you get to hover too!

 

SleepingForest - My Russian friend!  The OP GX/Geneticist/RK that always hunted MVP.  You hunted them relentlessly to extinction!   Thanks for taking me to so many dungeons to hunt MVP.  I never liked hunting MVP but I did get to kill some with your push.  We got to see so many people farming Pharoah, and got to race against people hunting Dracula, Gloom and Tao Gunka.  You were an expert and had gotten so many well deserved cards!  I have not seen you lately.  But shout out to you, if you ever see this post!  Your diligence and perseverance really shows how dedicated you are to the game.

 

Twilight Magic - I will always remember you as the Royal Guard with the Turkey on your head!  Always digging the ground, and creating so much dust with Earth Drive.  You and Madame Finch where experts in Earth Drive!  You were first to leave RO for the real world and now, I get to leave too.  I hope you will be successful after you get your college degree.  Go learn more Scottish slangs and thanks for all the fun chat we had.

 

Gunner Shark - It's been so long since we chat.  Thanks for teaching me about Mechanics and showing me your knight.  Though we never hunted or farmed together, I always enjoyed learning about the kinds of things you do in the game.  And thanks for your shout out and encouragement.  And for congratulating me on my +14 Royal Prontera Cape [A]!  I spent sooo much Zeny upgrading it and I feel so proud to have made one!  It truly was the first [A] grade and the first +14 I've created!

 

Clausie - I'm gonna miss chatting with you!  I learned so much about Warlocks from you!  I even made my own warlock!  I got 2x Pazuzu's and I was able to teleport and throw bombs everywhere!  Lord of Vermilion!  It was so fun!  But I never learned how to survive!  I did enjoy raising destruction and burning everything to the ground though!  I still can't believe how you endured the grind to 250!  Big kudos for getting to 250!  I didn't think you would work so hard because you were 180 for so long at Glastheim Abyss!  That was where I met you!  I was sitting at 145k hp, and I was always curious how you not die in that dungeon!  Cause I always get beat up in there.  Afk just for a little, and it's instant death!  Thanks for always cheering me and always keeping me positive with our talks.  I will keep a support ticket up just in case they decide to re-instate my account.  But for now, I think I've accepted my peace.  I will retire with my dignity intact with tears in my eyes.  But I'm "OK!"

 

Upo-ElSaeed - My buddy from Mexico, whom I convinced to re-make a knight, a booster knight, that can reset stats and skills!  You've left the game too soon!  Rune Knights can upgrade to Dragon Knights now, and they are so strong!  You were a Gate Crasher!  Thanks for taking in my friend Jade Falcon into your guild!  It was fun to chat and party with you.  I hope you are doing well.

 

Jade Falcon / Xerec - My Ex-Knight to Sorcerer friend!  You've beat the game and have quit long ago!  Sorcerers are too OP and make the game too boring.  You should go back to being a knight, so that you an embark on the never ending quest to become as strong as Sorcerers and GX!  Farewell my friend!  It is time I move on from this game.

 

Yareli - My friend! My long long long friend!  We were best of buddies!  We made a Genetic Big Cat Costume together and it was soooo expensive!  And we did Episode 17.2 together!  And we go so rich from it!  Selling our Greater Papila Ruba Card!  And you even got another!  and I got a Bath Manager Card!  I cant believe I dont get to say good bye to you!  I hope you find and read my post.  I'm quitting Ragnarok!  I got banned!  I'm still proclaiming my innocence!  But I guess, maybe it's a divine message telling me to Transcend RO!  LOL! Time to farm cards and make money in Real Life!  It soooo fun playing RO with you.  I will miss your sprints (Genetic Cart Boost) Broom Broom!  You always made Genetics look so fun that even I made one too!  It's too bad I have to leave so soon!  And maybe you've already left too.  But thank you for being my friend!

 

Mad Buffs / MoonShadow's - My random friend from Prontera!  Whom, I thought was IcyQuartz because I wanted to covet that Symbol of Eden at discount!  And you who were suspicious of me because I really do enjoy chatting with strangers.  Thank you soooo much for teaching me about Priests.  For so long, from my time on Poring Server and Chaos Server, my priest only served as a buff for Agility and Kyrie Eleison.  You taught me how strong and fun a Priest can be!  It was so fun to test so many garments and helmets and shields and shoes and shadows to max our damage.  I worked so hard to get that Deus Ex Machina and Amazing Grace.  I farmed everything from Mutant Plaga, Powerful Magic, Broken Cleaner, and Mutating White Knight Cards, to Temporal Spells and Ether Dust!  Thanks for taking me to Glastheim Challenge and to Tomb of Remorse.  This game is really full of many amazing people and I'm so glad to have met you!

 

Hagibashi - My knight friend! and GX friend too!  It's so sad to have to depart, and just after joining your Etiquette guild too!  Thanks so much for trading me the +14 Twinhead Dragon Mail!  It is my most treasured armor and it boosts my hp so much to 465k!  I'm almost invincible in this armor!  I wish I had made more time to hang out and participate in the guild events, especially in the 2nd job ET Run.  That must have been so fun and challenging!  I enjoy our chats and little runs, I hope you continue to enjoy the game!

 

Olerin / Enkiadu - You are my Eden friend!  I always enjoy chatting with you when I'm sitting in Eden.  Thanks so much for helping me refine all my equip and for teaching me so much about refinement and GX.  My Awakened Old King Twin Blade only made it to +13!  No +14, no MOT effect, such a pity, and so strong too!  But I did make a +14 Royal Prontera Cape [A]!!  It took like some 9 tries to get +13 and I got +14 on my first try!  It took sooo much courage to get [A] grade too!  I should thank The Overseer, cause he gave me courage!  He was going [A] so I had to do [A] too, and it was soooo heart wrenching on my first fail!  And sooo lucky on the 2nd try! Then going to +14 was possible cause I was sitting at +11 [B] for so long.  Good luck in Ragnarok my friend!

 

And to all my knight friends: TigerShadows, -=Pierce-ARN=-, Delopi, Paul Villard, Choriguaguy, Von_Kried, and Rulgh!  We are the Knights of the Prontera!  You make the game so fun!  We talk so much about knight skills and knight equipment.  It's so fun watching you all grow.  It's the never ending upgrades, and the so many skills to build to, and the endless and constant need for Zeny and Refinement!  This game is too fun and too addicting!  If only real life were this easy!  But I guess that is why we enjoy the game so much.  This game is so enjoyable because we make great friendship, and share knowledge, and experience, and grow together!  I hope you all continue to enjoy the game!  It is a big world and there are always good content coming to the game!  Just play safe and pray you dont share the same fate as I.  Good luck and Godspeed!
