I switched from Windows to Linux some time ago. The only reason I kept using Windows was to play Ragnarok, but I found it inconvenient to reboot my PC every time I wanted to play. As I now work and study exclusively on Linux, it’s not practical to maintain an entire operating system just for one game.
Unfortunately, Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) currently blocks access when using any kind of virtual machine, making it impossible to play Ragnarok on Linux. I genuinely love this game and miss playing it, so I’m reaching out to ask if you could consider making it compatible with Linux through Proton or a similar solution. If possible, could you also review the EAC settings to allow playability on Proton or any other trusted platform?
