Hi,

So i got scammed for around 5.5b zeny and my ancient morocc jewelry back on 26 May when im trying to buy& trade for pharaoh card.
I had all of the screenshots of the deal and chat from the beginning to the end when he suddenly gone and provided all of them on my ticket report.

Around 5 June, GM on my ticket confirmed my item report,



After a couple days, he then told me that they need to conduct additional investigation and this investigation took around 3 months and yet somehow the GM suddenly told me that they cant proceed with my report.
Anyone have the same experience where GM wont help with scam report?

Did you RMT?
What were the reasons to not proceed?

nope, no RMT involved.
they just told me there is discrepancy for my report after 4 months.

You recorded the deal and the scammer ran away halfway before completing the deal. You had official screenshots taken using the in game function. I'm curious to what discrepancy are they referring to.

 

4 months is a long time and the zeny could be anywhere by now.. thats a very long trail. Scammer definitely already got rid of the zeny and its now circulating in the market.

The longer they delay the ticket, the longer they have to backtrack. If only Campitor was still around to look at the logs properly.

That they cant track the item bcs its already way too long?
