In mid August, I purchased some kachua's ore boxes from kafra shop. Because I'm unaware of my inventory limit, so I only got 6 out of 9 of my purchased item and error message of I reached my storage limit appear in the dialogue box. Then I cleared my inventory and tried to purchase again but found it unsuccessful as the system costed me KP of those 9 items. So I sent a support ticket to GM either to restore the items or refund the KP. In late August, they sent me a message and tell me they will have my missing items restored after the upcoming maintenance but I only got 1 of them back. 

I contacted the GM again for follow up. They told me specialist team is still investigating the issue up to now. Are they even trying to resolve the issue for me? When can I get my stuffs back??
