long now and support need me to create many support accounts too time consuming and most of the emails used need to two time log in and that 90day password change, i already give all the details of affected accounts(username, name
of character, and items not returned), can please just do it? it is already verified and it is NOT my fault the rodex mail is broken!!!!!!! sepember 24 issue.. i am nearing to quit and my hard earned items its all yours!!!!

Just let it go bruh. I lost two of my +11 equipments last year 2023 when rodex had problem after 4th job update. The staffs are responding too slow. Don't get too focused in claiming your loss or else you'll quit instantly. Keep replying to staff every week (to prevent auto close ticket) while at the same time play and farm zeny again.

I find it funny how the specialist team can handle one of my tickets in ~4 hours, but they can't handle my other 6 tickets in an entire year.

Who else is getting the sprite error at Prontera? I can't leave may Vendors there it often crashes
