Hi,

 

I have recently gone back playing the game and I have been enjoying it very well. 

Although I am having issues with the shortcut setting being reset every time I close the game. 

After setting my skills tabs to my preferred keyboard settings a note saying that the setting will only save if it's closed properly. 

My partner who has done the same process managed to keep the setting, while I have to keep changing it every time I start my game. 

 

Any idea what is wrong with my account? I just want to have the second set of hot keys to be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and hopefully don't go back to q,w,e,r,t...

You have to, instead of close the game, go to the character screen, then choose your character again and make sure everything is ok.
Only then, close the game, open it again, and do a 2nd check
