I am posting here because I have been left with no other choice/course of action. I have been waiting over 115 days for the restoration of my item via a support ticket that has been ignored for far too long. I was told last month that they would proceed with the item restoration and now one month later I have not yet heard back from support regarding this matter.
I have done my part and waited for the GM response/Action on this but it is unacceptable to be in this type of situation. I understand that there other tickets to process but once you get a response saying that they would go ahead with the restoration and not be told anything for a month I feel mistreated by this.
If possible would a Community Manager who can respond to this and provide me with some assistance? Thank you very much for your time.
