Why did you guys remove the 35% proc damage and additional 70% damage to chain lightning???

Question about High Tech Shield, it says "Reflect Incoming Physical Damage" does that include ranged damage? cuz its gonna be OP.

Thank you for the item fixes listed, but when can we expect new content to be updated or the next patch of skills rework for 4th jobs?

Need to add Cloud Cotton to the list of items that need to be updated for Pet Vendor NPC in Prontera and also include Child Admin Beta to the Autofeed fix list.  Waiting to see if the Fake Alloy Pot - LT is working as intended.  Otherwise not a bad update.  +1 for tackling some of the items on Cate's post for bug fixes.  

 

Personal request to add these costumes to the Enchanting list.

Either way, still an OP shield. Reducing melee damage is harder than ranged. So expect melee to get rekt too.

Original description

Reduce Delay after using the skill by 5%.

MATK + 100

MATK + 10%

When worn with Temporal Circlet (Warlock), reduces Delay after using skills by 5%,

Every 2-level Headgear upgrade, increase Jack Frost Skill Damage, Chain Lightning 10% every 3-level Headgear upgrade, increase magic damage to all enemies of all sizes 4%.

When upgrading the car to level 11, reduce the Cooldown of the Jack Frost skill by 2.5 seconds, reduce the variable casting time by 30% when worn with All Above Time (Magic), reduce the Delay after using the skill by 5%.

Increases magic Damage to all types of enemies by 10%.

When used with Temporal Jewel (Int) Lv.3,

Reduce Frost Misty Skill Cooldown by 3 seconds for every 2 levels of Headgear upgrade, increase Jack Frost Skill Damage by 10%.

When used with Temporal Jewel (Agi) Lv.3, reduce Delay after using the skill by 10%.

ASPD + 10%

Every Upgrade Of Headgear 2 Up, Increase Chain Lightning Skill Damage 10% When Used With Time Jewel (Int) Lv.3,

Reduce Jack Frost Skill Cooldown by 0.5 seconds.

Why are we IG's getting -_-ty shields? We are the class that is suppose to specialize in shields but we only have ancient prontera book as good level 2 shield. Kings Guard is not that great except for the cannon spear cooldown, we need a level 2 version of this one that gives meaningful stats. and shield for shield shooting and earth drive. What is up with Genetics and their amazing shields? What i would give to have something similar to Fake Alloy Pot - LT. and the new one its mind boggling.

You know you can't expect people to keep swipping for OCP and Kachues because at one point, our builds are so saturated. Maybe this is why you are pulling off a 4 spending-stacked time period to get people to spend. Even if you bring the latest kRO contents, I bet, they will all get melted in iRO lol

Where is MvP summoner revitalization? I and many people would rather pay to have private instance where we can summon any MvP in game every 1 - 24 hours.

Is this how you're going fix the bug? Changing the Freeze resistance to Cold Slower from Diamond Dust instead?
