It has been weeks since this problem hasn't been fixed. To do the VAS character transfer, you have to generate the serial code and retrieve it from the registered mail. The issue here is I have not received any serial code, which is supposed to be automatically sent to your email. Because of that, I can no longer proceed with the VAS character transfer. Seems like my ticket didn't help much because your staff doesn't understand what the issue is. Please help to solve this issue or just bring back the 15-character slot limit.

I'm not surprised reading some of their posts on facebook and how they announce in game.

Your issue is your email. Either the automated system doesn't like the email provider, or the email provider doesn't like the automated system. Either way, you're gonna have to get a hold of support and change your email address if you can. I suggest Gmail as I know it works. Avoid Protonmail, Barracuda, and Hushmail. I can attest that they all can't, or won't, get Warpportal related emails.
Happened to me a while back. Got a reset prompt for my Warpportal account, attached to Protonmail, couldn't get a password reset email, GMs refused to believe I actually owned said Warpportal account, and I had to start a whole new account attached to Gmail. Luckily I could still access all of my RO accounts, and was able to transfer gear off them.

I have done character transfer for more than 5 times using the same email. There is no issue on my side. I have try using other email too but not received such automated email anymore. Please fix this WP.

This is also an issue for me too.
Email provider associated with my account is Gmal.
I can confirm that between January 10 - January 21 that this service was generating the serial codes properly as i had a character transfer completed after Tuesday maintenance on Jan 21.
Since maintenance on the 21 the system is no longer generating and sending out the serial numbers
Can confirm that this is not being sent to spam either
