First of all, as a Night Watch player, this cape is an utter disappointment. It shouldn't even be called a Nightwatch Cape as it boosts "Rebellion" Skills. It's better to call it a Rebellion Cape. Night Watch doesn't really use these skills when we job change. We actually use our 4th job skills, compared to all the other main classes which still mainly use their 3rd job skills. For Example the Royal Alberta Cape which buffs Cart Cannon, Royal Prontera Cape which buffs Ignition Break, etc.

 

- What is up with the Half Grade Bonuses? All the other capes get +100 Attack at Grade D, and +20 P.ATK at Grade B, yet this cape gets half the bonus.

 

- I hope that the +15 Grade A refine bonus is a Typo. All other capes have the bonus at +14. If not, then RIP.

 

- Turtle General Card for Card Combo? You guys missed the mark on that. It should have been a Sweetie Card instead.

 

- 1 guy requested this cape (not me) and I'm glad you brought something in, but this is literally a slap in the face for the very few Night Watch players on the server. It is likely not better than the Royal Payon Cape (For Night Watch skills).

 

As the most experienced Gunner player in iRO, I hope you guys bring in better equipment that I will request for in the near future, in order to balance out our class with all the other over-buffed 4th job classes out there.

Totally going to have to agree with this, what a useless cape for nightwatch. A cape for nightwatch, while no nightwatch will wear this. First of all as stormblitz said no nightwatch uses these skills, second of all you are focusing on Fire Dance and use Turtle General? while there is a card that goes in weapon that boost fire dance by a lot called sweetie? which is a rebellion card makes sense but not for warpportal i guess. If you are a nightwatch you are better going for Payon Cape, at least with that you get the full stats from grades (don't know why they halved it on this one) and don't need +15. Hey my money is safe at least.

Turtle general card is meant to nerf the combo apparently. They wouldn't pick Sweetie to make it too OP. As an Imperial Guard player, I can feel the same pain. It reminds me of a time when I found out the Pront cape needs a Bapho card for ... Cannon spear lol!

Edit, its not all that bad. TG still gives good ATK 20%. Bapho literally just a waste of a weapon slot to both IG and DK skills.

Have it your way, but at some time (if not) the game will reach is peak in content, and personally I guess it will not crash or become a boring game, instead more like a trading for goods (any IRL).

 

And there are pending updates where single monsters (non mvp, etc) will break the laughable amount of 20-50m HP, but guess what, there are players who already have that covered, not to mention more episodic equipement and random OCP, Kachuas (from other servers) or iRO exclusive content to boost more damage per second.

 

But all that, is staff or whomever is in control of releasing that kind of stuff.

 

If you feel that way, well is your opinion, but nothing will change the mind of those people, however and fortunately they do not restrain the journey you make in game and thus the users(friends, foes, etc) you make through the time. Maybe I will sound cliche but: "you control your own destiny(in game)"

You are right in a way that a person can decide whether he wants to play the game F2P or P2W.

 

I enjoy PVM content so i don't have to spend money getting the gears faster. There's no rush.

 

If iRO has some kind of better competition like USRC or something and i'm onto it, i would have spend my money gearing up myself and helping to buy supplies for my team mates in short amount of time. But too bad, iRO doesn't appear like that.

Prontera north, west and east have missing eden warper which everyone now has to either walk all the way to south Prontera or use kafra teleport to other city to use eden over there. Verus city also got reported not having eden warper.

And I also realise Einbroch has Eden only at the hotel, but not at the airport.

Hahaha yes the xmas set was so OP. Tons of HP, so most ppl didnt die one shot in WoE TE. Now its kind of a one shot thingy. Lets see how this new snake set will flare out /strong! xD
