I've been going through the Reno/Lumin questline and I've gotten to the part just after the Second Class Job Change. Reno asked me to talk to Lumin. Lumin said to go talk to this old man and the quest info says to go complete the quest "Give Me Something For My Back Pain" but when I go to the spot where the NPC is supposed to be, I can't find them. Where is this old man? I've tried searching the internet and my results say that he is either in the spot where Lumin is sending me, or at the Oasis by the Pyramid dungeon and I can't find him at either of them.
EDIT: I have been informed that the NPC's that were related to Daily quests for this questline have bugged out, but I can still advance to the next step by following this guide: https://roggh.com/re...e_investigation.
