The spend promos are very nice nothing like being rewarded for spending more money, right? But as long-time supporters of the game, we’d really appreciate if some long-standing issues and features also got some attention:

• Add an NPC in WoE maps to provide mounts for classes that require them.

• Bring back the Eden Agent NPCs we used to have in iRO.

• Fix the Pet Breeder (it's been broken for way too long).

• Fix the Combat Pill.

• Unlock the missing character creation slots as it was originally in iRO.

• Bring back the Booster Character Event.

• Update the OCA/MCA item pools — they've been outdated for a while now.

• Host a Card Exchange Event (always a community favorite).

We understand that updates are coming from kRO and the staff has changed, but surely you've noticed the drop in player numbers following decisions like removing Endless Tower, right? There’s really no need to take away the good stuff we had (and still have) in iRO. Please preserve what made iRO special and unique that identity matters to your veteran players (I'm not that veteran but still).

Also noticed still no raffle for April spend reward still.

 

I am sorry for anyone that thinks WP will distribute quickly...  They have shown there is no consistency or motivation from their team to do this.  They spend too much of the week trying to figure out new ways to make people spend money, with no time left to honor the rewards to the spenders.  They also can't do simple customer service tasks for players either, so please take care in what items in your rewards might say "character bound", because they will send you robot replies that they cannot assist you if you accidentally loot an item that wasn't clearly marked as character bound, whether you spent thousands or not.  They simply do not care.

I know you guys love bundling promos, so please extend refine spend promo with June spend promo to attract more people to spend till 3rd tier. Considering fewer people spending cash nowadays due to dissatisfaction with your service
