Back in May 2018, all accounts created in Europe (except Russia and CIS countries) were disabled due to the absence of a GDPR-compliant policy. Since then, you've published an EEA/UK Privacy Policy effective April 31, 2021, which explicitly adheres to the GDPR:
"…This Privacy Policy (the ‘Policy’) is based on the principles set forth under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)…"
However, players in Europe are still unable to access games such as:
- Ragnarok Online 2
- Requiem Online
- Other WarpPortal titles
Could you please clarify:
- When do you plan to fully reactivate all European accounts?
- Will European users need to take any additional steps (e.g., explicitly accept the new Privacy Policy) before regaining access?
We’d greatly appreciate any timeline or guidance you can provide, how you guys expect to have players if you're still blocking half of the work. Thank you for your attention and support!
