On May 23, after I pay 100 USD by Razer Gold on Warpportal website, the WPE does NOT appear.
I don't get the 10000 WPE from my payment!!
I instantly send a ticket with Ticket Number: 0CA-2FC3CC03-0008, no one responses.
I sent three follow-ups on May 24, May 25, May 27,
Still no one responses.
Come on, WP, I need a GM to help me get my missing WPE from my payment !!!
But I sent a ticket, after an entire one week, no GM shows up in helping me.
No one responds to my ticket !!!
Today i re-send another ticket, Ticket Number: 3C9-2FCA5C6C-001E,
I hope this time there will be a GM showing up to help me track and get back my missing 10000 WPE from my 100 USD payment.
It does not make any sense if I paid you 100 USD but you don't give me the WPE and ignore me for one week !!!
May 30 update: A GM responses and my missing WPE is issued.
This issue is now resolved.
