On the Topic said, when are you going to do something about bots?

 

We can't even grind anymore there are so many of them, and they can't even die thanks to 100% leech spear and hammer. there are 5-6 biolo DK bots at amiticia2, 10 in Clock Tower Basement and another 5 in Nifflheim dungeon.

At this damn, we can't even walk or even hit the mobs. They are faster, loots farther than normal players, KS and even flywing without even look at the loots. So do something about them because there are no players in those map anymore. No Party, No one talking or even using Greed there. Only AFK and Bots.

Abyways that's why iRO needs to disable any teleport skills and in-game wings, then exclusively sell wings in cash shop only. Winging is a privilege, not a right. Still no MvP cards in cash shop too. IRO is just so backward.

I've discussed that person with Beezlebub and I can assure you that is not true. Regardless of that the bot maker often states otherwise which is why some people in the community have the a perception that there may be something more there.

It's more concern about nothing happen after 3-4 month after community reports. As I said its not important about that scandal true or not. Problem also effect your Gravity Interactive too, that flood of bots from that Latam server also came from same dev.

The bots have a very obvious "autoloot" function, that it loots items so fast without the item even lands on the ground. Is there any reason GMs are still suspending players based on response time, but not based on obvious actions that a player is unable to do with a normal game client?

That method of apprehending botters was eliminated over 10 years ago.  Way back around 2009 or so time period some response time anti-bot suggestions were submitted by ANTI-bot players.  To IRO staff credit, command response checking was then implemented to get rid of botters.  But the bot supporter community (which still runs its secretive RAGIAL bot service) noticed the anti-bot methods used.   So the botting community deliberately had non-bots manually and repeatedly deliberately force their characters to behave like bots and thus get entangled by the anti-bot detection methods.  These situations then were HYPED up on the forums and "falsly rightiously angry" complaints to become "plausible" reasons to get rid of that anti-bot method. By angrily creating as much negative PR on public forums, they consistently forced IRO staff to not do anti-bot or limit the amount of anti-bot.  For the anti-botters, this was like seeing the terrorists win. I certainly had a lot of salt over that.  The guild that I was in left the server over the bots.  

 

Anyways, bot supporters typically have non-bots deliberately behave like bots in order to create problems.  The bot supporters then submit those "false positive" situations as "plausible" reasons why anti-bot methods shouldn't be used.  That's one classic way how bot supporters get rid of anti-bot methods.

They will not do anything, you can't trust warp portal and even gravity know it, that's why LatamRO is published by GNJOY and not warp portal like it used to.

A real active player can easily respond to GM in seconds like 2-3 seconds if they actually sit and actively play the game, unless they have fat fingers and snail reaction to just type to respond due to brain damage.

Isnt LatamRO, a South American, already DoA? Same people who bot in iRO bot and exploit there, and better yet, LatamRO is located in their hometown South lol

Its more obvious about scandal things when none of report got sent away, Staffs in support site always copy-paste responded. All of characters that we report also still in the same map. 24/7.

 

I don't even need my eye to look what bots or not when level 250 players still farming in the Clock Tower Basement Map.

Stayed away from iRO for a couple of months and recently came back just to find out that it feels impossible to level/farm on high level maps, way too many AFK farmers and bots that auto-loot and walk around the map like normal players. 
Thank God I got most of my characters above 240 before taking a break, because as of now the leveling experience feels ruined
